Batter should not be too thin or thick. Do not fry on high heat. You can add fresh chopped methi or spinach.
Peel the bottle gourd and grate it. Squeeze all the water from it.
Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients. Mix it very well.
If required add some more gram flour . Avoid water to make pakora batter.
Take a wok . Heat oil. Wet your fingers, take small portion of pakora batter put it in oil .
Deep fry all the fritters on low medium flame till they become golden brown and crispy.
Transfer it on kitchen napkin to absorb excess oil.
Enjoy it with any chatni or curd dip.
