People enjoy starters before eating food . It is very delicious and healthy for children. Very easy to cook. Children do not like to eat gourd vegetables, they will not even know by making gourd pakoras in this way and will eat it with great taste.

Batter should not be too thin or thick. Do not fry on high heat. You can add fresh chopped methi or spinach.

1 Step

Peel the bottle gourd and grate it. Squeeze all the water from it.

2 Step

Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients. Mix it very well.

3 Step

If required add some more gram flour . Avoid water to make pakora batter.

4 Step

Take a wok . Heat oil. Wet your fingers, take small portion of pakora batter put it in oil .

5 Step

Deep fry all the fritters on low medium flame till they become golden brown and crispy.

6 Step

Transfer it on kitchen napkin to absorb excess oil.


Enjoy it with any chatni or curd dip.
