In a big bowl add butter, Almond flour and stevia .Mix it well then add Xanthan gum and baking powder and vanilla essence .Mix well and form a dough

Now Wrap the dough in cling foil and let it rest in refrigerator for 1 hr .Then slice into thin disks and place it on baking tray
3 Step
Then Bake the cookies for 10-12 min in oven at 140 C temp or till the edges turn into golden brown
4 Step
Cookies are ready to serve or you can also store in a air tight container for 7-8 days
