Wash and chop veggies: To prepare this amazing snack recipe, wash and chop spring onions and tomatoes into small pieces. Do not forget to deseed the tomatoes too. Also, grab a handful of jalapenos and lettuce and finely chop them.
Preheat oven and bake nachos: Now, preheat the oven at 400 °C. In the meantime, grease a baking pan and arrange nachos on it, so that they overlap slightly. Spoon over the salsa all over them evenly.
Add toppings and bake: After that, add the toppings of black beans and cheddar cheese on the nachos. Place the dish in the preheated oven and cook for around 6-10 minutes or till the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and serve hot Finally, onion, lettuce leaf, tomato and jalapeno and serve immediately. Enjoy.
