Take a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes ,cheese, all the veggies , spices and 3-4 tsp corn flour. Mix it well.

Heat oil in a wok. Dip croquettes in slurry . Roll it in bread crumbs , and drop only 2-3 at a time in hot oil.
Deep fry it on medium heat till it becomes crispy and golden brown..
Conclusion
Drain over kitchen napkin . Serve it hot with sauce and salads.
